Fake Blog and Fake News Article Notification
We believe in the fair and honest promotion of our
products and/or services by our affiliate marketers. If you believe that any affiliate marketers are operating a fake blog, have distributed a fake news article or have
participated in other fraudulent behaviour in connection with the promotion of our products and/or services, please notify us immediately. In order to provide us with proper notification, you will need to send a written
communication to us with all of the following information:
 
   
1. Please include a statement telling us that you have found a fake blog or news article that you believe is providing false information, or that is infringing upon third party rights.
2. Please tell us the title of the blog in question and the full
Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) associated with the blog, or the URL of the website where the article in question is located, as applicable.
3. Please explain to us how the blog or article in question is fake or is infringing upon third party rights (e.g. the images used are stolen; the person on the website is you, etc.)
4. Please provide us with your contact information so that we can get in touch with you (email address is preferred).
5. Please include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the blog or article described above is providing deceptive information and is not otherwise permitted by law to provide all of the information and material contained therein."
6. Sign the notice. If you are providing notice by e-mail, a scanned physical signature or a valid electronic signature will be required.
 
You can send your requests directly through e-mail to abuse@premiumwhitepro.com, please note that all e-mails that are unrelated to affiliate false marketing will be deleted. Once the blog or article is confirmed to be either fraudulent or infringing upon third party rights, we will demand that the
affiliate in question remove same within forty-eight (48) hours.

All Affiliates Networks Agree to the following addendum. This ensures that the affiliate assumes all responsibilty for fake blog sites. Each network also has a policy inplace with their affiliates to further prevent any use of false advertising. Below is a link which contains an example to this:
